1. Services Provided
Alejo Press provides professional press release writing, editing, and third-party distribution services for businesses, ministries, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. Distribution is performed through established media syndication partners and networks.
We do not own, control, or operate any third-party news outlet or media platform. Publication, placement, indexing, visibility, and longevity of content are subject to the policies and discretion of those third-party platforms.
2. No Guaranteed Media Placement
While Alejo Press distributes content to a broad network of high-authority media and syndicated platforms:
- We do not guarantee placement on any specific outlet (including but not limited to FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, Google News, Yahoo News, or similar platforms).
- We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume, sales, leads, or revenue.
- Media outlets may edit, remove, de-index, or decline content at their discretion.
By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
- All information you submit is accurate, lawful, and not misleading
- You own or have permission to use all submitted content, names, trademarks, logos, and images
- Your press release does not violate any laws, copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
- Your content does not include prohibited, deceptive, or restricted material
Alejo Press reserves the right to refuse, revise, or cancel any submission that violates these standards.
4. Revisions and Approval
Our service includes up to three (3) revisions unless otherwise stated in writing. Once final approval is given and distribution has begun, no further changes or refunds can be made.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- All services are billed as one-time, non-recurring fees
- Payment is required in full before work begins
- All sales are final once distribution has occurred
- Refunds are not provided for completed writing, approved content, or distributed press releases
If Alejo Press determines a submission is ineligible before distribution, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All original written content created by Alejo Press becomes the client’s property upon full payment. Alejo Press retains the right to reference anonymized or published work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alejo Press and Instant Web Tools, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation
- Content removal or non-publication by third parties
- Search engine algorithm changes or media platform policy changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alejo Press, Instant Web Tools, LLC, and their team members from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your submitted content or misuse of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
